A little bit about me...
Roger Hammond brings more than two decades of real-world experience to every transaction. As a business owner, real estate broker, and investor, he has spent over 20 years navigating negotiations, valuations, and deal structures across both residential real estate and business brokerage.
Before focusing fully on real estate, Roger built and scaled a home inspection company to a team of five inspectors before successfully selling the business. That experience included thousands of inspections over more than a decade and provides a practical, boots-on-the-ground understanding of homes that most agents simply don’t have.
He later co-built and grew a real estate brokerage with his wife, Bridget, ultimately selling that company as well. Building, scaling, and exiting businesses have shaped how Roger approaches real estate today: with a focus on positioning, leverage, and outcome.
Having been directly involved in hundreds of transactions, Roger understands where deals gain strength, where they fall apart, and how to guide clients through both with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Roger is married with two kids and spends as much time as possible outdoors. Whether it’s kayaking, fishing, hiking, riding his motorcycle, or playing fetch with his black lab, Bo, he takes full advantage of living in Montana.
