A little bit about me...
Chad Stenerson brings a practical, results-driven approach to real estate, backed by hands-on experience in construction, property ownership, and deal-making. Raised in the Frenchtown Valley, Chad was exposed early to the inner workings of real estate through his family—his mother in mortgage lending and his father in excavation. That combination built a foundation that goes beyond surface-level transactions and into how properties are built, financed, and valued.
Before entering real estate full-time, Chad spent years working in excavation and field operations, gaining a working knowledge of land, utilities, and development that directly informs how he evaluates property today. He later worked in local service roles throughout Missoula, developing a detailed understanding of neighborhoods, infrastructure, and the people who live there.
Chad’s transition into real estate was driven by personal investment. After purchasing and managing his own properties, he developed a deeper interest in identifying opportunities, building equity, and making strategic decisions that create long-term value. That perspective continues to shape how he advises clients—whether they’re buying or selling a home, an investment property, or evaluating potential development.
His experience includes residential sales, investment properties, and new construction, with a focus on recognizing upside, structuring strong deals, and navigating transactions with clarity. Chad approaches each opportunity with a straightforward mindset, prioritizing communication, execution, and outcomes.
Outside of real estate, Chad is married with two kids and spends much of his time outdoors. From hunting and fishing to hiking and exploring Montana’s backcountry, he stays closely connected to the lifestyle that draws people to this area. Summers are spent on the water wakeboarding and surfing, while winters are dedicated to snowboarding and sledding with his family.
