Bridget Hammond is the operational backbone behind everything Valley 5 Real Estate does. With more than two decades of real-world business experience, she has built a reputation for organization, consistency, and execution—qualities that directly impact how smoothly transactions run for clients.
She played a central role in building and scaling a successful home inspection company, managing every aspect of the business outside of the inspections themselves. From scheduling and client communication to systems, logistics, and growth, Bridget was responsible for keeping the operation running efficiently as it expanded to a multi-inspector team.
She was also instrumental in building a successful real estate brokerage. Those experiences translate directly into her work today, where process, communication, and attention to detail matter in every transaction.
Bridget is known for her ability to keep deals organized and moving forward, even when things get complicated. Her approach is straightforward and consistent, and her track record is reflected in the real-world reviews from clients who have worked with her.
Outside of work, Bridget is married with two kids and enjoys making the most of time outside and at home. Whether it’s traveling, exploring, hiking, kayaking, putting together a good puzzle, watching movies, or sitting around a bonfire, she values time with family, including their black lab, Bo.
